Reading the specifications: length ranges describe separate machine options. Swing over bed is a clearance dimension, and spindle bore is not the same as bar capacity. Confirm the complete machine configuration in your quotation.

BUYING INFORMATION

Flat-Bed CNC Lathe FAQs

Key information for comparing machine specifications and preparing your enquiry.

How do I choose the right CK series model?

Start with the workpiece diameter, overall length, weight, and required machining operations. Then compare the machining envelope, spindle bore, workholding, and tooling configuration. A drawing or dimensional sketch helps confirm the relevant machine specifications.

Is swing over bed the same as maximum turning diameter?

Swing over bed describes the maximum diameter that can rotate above the bed. It does not by itself define the full machining capacity. Actual turning diameter and length also depend on cross-slide clearance, tooling, and workholding.

Can I select the CNC system, chuck, tool post, and tailstock?

Configuration options depend on the model. Specify your preferred controller, workholding, tooling arrangement, and tailstock requirements so their availability and compatibility can be confirmed. Standard and optional equipment should be stated in the quotation.

What workpiece length options are available?

Length options vary by model and are separate machine specifications. The comparison table summarizes the listed choices; open a model to see its individual lengths. Include both the overall workpiece length and the required turning length when requesting a quotation.

What determines the price and delivery schedule?

Pricing depends on the model, length specification, controller, configuration, order quantity, and delivery terms. The delivery schedule is confirmed against the final machine specification and production arrangements. Request a quotation for the configuration you need.

What information should I include in an enquiry?

Send your preferred model or a workpiece drawing with dimensions, material, weight, machining operations, and accuracy requirements. Include the quantity, destination, and any controller or configuration preferences. A dimensional sketch is useful if a drawing is unavailable.
